IMF Boss appreciates Indonesian Coffee

Jakarta – The IMF-World Bank Group Spring Meetings event in Washington, DC not only be the meeting of economy stakeholders. It becomes the exhibition room to introduce many Indonesian product, coffee. As on Friday, 20 April 2018 local time, Managing Director of the IMF Christine Lagarde also tastes Indonesian authentic coffee. On that day, Lagarde had a chance to enjoy the coffee from Sidikalang. Every day, they change the coffee that served on the exhibition.

As reported by detik.com, Saturday (21/4), while having fun, Lagarde seems to enjoy the coffee that has been served. With a white glass, once Lagarde and Sri Mulyani have a sip of a coffee on their cup. Accompanied by the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani and the Governor of the Indonesia Central Bank Agus Martowardojo, Lagarde also see many product that been shown dominated with batik clothes. Not to forget, Lagarde also reminds the attendees to participate in the IMF-WBG Annual Meetings 2018 in Bali this October.

“We’re expecting the Annual Meetings IMF-WBG in Bali, this October. It will be an interesting momentum because Indonesia not only a country with a good economy, but also has a beautiful places,” said Lagarde.(jf/rsa)
