The 2018 IMF-WB Annual Meetings is held in the Nusa Dua Compound in the southern part of Bali which is managed by Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC). Nusa Dua area is located approximately 20 minutes from the Ngurah Rai International airport and can be accessed by highway toll road.
The meeting venues consist of Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) and Bali International Convention Center (BICC) as the main meeting venues and Balai Raya Ballroom at Laguna Hotel where a number of seminars will be held. The IMF-WBG Annual Plenary meeting, IMFC, DC Meetings, High-Level Ministerial Meetings and Flagship Seminars will be held mainly at BNDCC and BICC.

BNDCC and BICC buildings are very close to each other. BICC is walking distance from the BNDCC building. It will take around 5 minutes from one building to another. BNDCC consists of two main buildings which are BNDCC 1 and BNDCC 2. Plenary meeting will be held at BNDCC 1 in Nusa Dua Hall building which is covering 4,400sqm. High-Level IMFC and DC will be held at the different building in the same premises. Meanwhile, other High-Level Ministerial meetings and Flagship Seminars will be held at BICC and the Laguna Hotel at Balai Raya Room.

Both the offices are walking distance from BNDCC (5-7 minute walk), nevertheless, Considering Bali’s tropical climate, shuttles will be provided between venues within the Meetings Campus, offices as well as official hotels. There are 21 official hotels located in Nusa Dua, Benoa, and Jimbaran area for registered participants of the 2018 Annual Meetings. The hotels are 3 – 20 minutes away from the main meeting venues. These official hotels are provided with a shuttle service from the hotel to the venues.
