Online Placard Request has been closed. We will start to send the Placard Confirmation Letters by e-mail from 2nd of October 2018. Picking up Placard Vehicle will be started from 4th to 14th of October 2018, 08.00 am to 05.00 pm Bali local time at Mercure Hotel Bali Nusa Dua.
Official Documents for Requesting Vehicle Placard (on the Spot)
Placard vehicle (A/B Placard) can be obtained on the spot, during Annual Meetings events from 4th – 14th of October 2018. Delegations/Representative party must bring official documents below to the Placard Counter (Mercure Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia), that are:
- Placard Request Form. (Download)
- Vehicle Registration (STNK)*
- Driver ID (KTP/ Passport)*
- Driver License (SIM)*
- Print Out of Official Request Letter (applicable for A Placard only)
- Print Out of Confirmation Letter of :
- Participation at the Annual Meetings, issued by Meeting Team Secretariat (MTS) or Indonesia Planning Team (IPT); or
- Parallel Events which is held in ITDC Nusa Dua area, issued by Event Owner;
- Print Out of Appointment Letter by the participants/delegations to assign the third party to request the placard, or Working Contract between participants/delegations and the third party.
- ID Card (KTP or Passport) of the Representing Parties*
Note: * must be shown to the officer, and the copied version must be given to the officer.
